3. Social Media Content
All content published on official social media accounts operated by JWSEP LLC—including but not limited to Blue Sky, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter)—is protected under the same intellectual property rights as JWSEP.org. Unauthorized use of this content will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

- All physical products are shipped from the United States.
- All purchases are processed securely.

- JWSEP LLC and any partners or subsidiaries are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure events.
- International customers are responsible for any duties or import tax incurred outside of the United States.
8. Defamation Attestation
